DANCE FITNESS – Tuesdays at 7pm

Bees’ Knees Dance is nothing if not agile!

We are making a change to our Tuesday night schedule.

We have a wonderful new Beginner class at 6pm on Tuesdays and a terrific and SUPER FUN DISCO class at 8pm. All welcome to try either one! The first class is always free and these are great classes.

However, the 80s Dance class on Tuesday nights has not been as popular so we’re making a change to the schedule.

DANCE FITNESS with Mandi
Tuesdays 7pm to 8pm in October
PAY WHAT YOU CAN (suggested donation of $2 to $5)
Bees’ Knees Dance Studio – 765B Yonge Street

Some of you may have noticed that I’ve lost 20 pounds since January so this will give you a little taste of how I’ve done it. Totally pay what you can, come and dance and sweat with me. I’ll pick some fun music and we’ll cycle through various tempos to burn some calories and broaden our movement. Come on out for as little as a twoonie!
