In accepting a student to Bees’ Knees Dance, the school assumes that all policies have been read, understood and agreed to. Please read carefully before agreeing and to avoid any misunderstandings, please contact the Director directly with any concerns of questions (info @ beeskneesdance.com)
Bees’ Knees Dance faculty members and the Bees’ Knees Dance management as well as all assistants and affiliated personnel will supervise all workshops and classes with due care and attention to physical health and safety. However, Bees’ Knees Dance, its faculty members as well as all assistants, the host studio and any affiliated personnel shall not be held liable in the event that accident, injury or illness is sustained by one of the registrants during the course of the event(s) or any related activities under and circumstance. By agreeing, I acknowledge that by their very nature, the activities engaged in can be dangerous exposing participants to risks and hazards such as, but not limited to, physical injuries incurred while dancing; and that I nevertheless freely and voluntarily assume all of the aforesaid risks and hazards that take place on the Bees’ Knees Dance premises. Bees’ Knees Dance prohibits any person who disagrees with this agreement from participating in any activities related to the event(s).
By agreeing to this statement I do waive and release all claims against Bees’ Knees Dance for the injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or expense resulting from the applicant’s participation in the Bees’ Knees Dance programs.
Bees’ Knees Dance also reserves the right to record still and video images during the course of the event(s) that may be used for promotional purposes in the future for Bees’ Knees Dance and any affiliated companies.
