Please take note of some very special opportunities taking place between now and the end of the year.

2 Week Beginner Choreography Project

Mondays, December 6th & 13th, 7pm – 8pm – $20

  • Shannon & Jasper are going to take dancers with some experience (Level 1.5) and teach them their very first piece of choreography with a chance to perform it soon after. Join in! (Performing is optional but encouraged.)

2 Week Solo Jazz Choreography Project

Mondays, December 6th & 13th, 8pm – 9pm – $20

  • Phil’s going to pack in a really fun jazz routine to be performed after completion, but don’t worry. It won’t be *too* hard. Just challenging enough and very fun to boot. Performing is optional but encouraged. Check it out!

Mini Workshops – Intermediate + (Level 2+)

  • Tuesday, Dec. 7th @ 8pm – Secrets of Social Dance: In the Secrets of Social Dance workshop, Arthur and Heather will bestow on to you all of their deepest and darkest Lindy Hop secrets. Learn the tricks of the trade from two of Toronto’s most established Lindy Hop gurus. $10
  • Tuesday, Dec. 14th @ 8pm – Charleston Spectacular: In Charleston Spectacular, you’ll be wheeling and dealing some of the coolest Charleston steps around from. And who better to learn from than Toronto’s own Charleston King, Mr. Arthur Lulu? $10

2 Week Solo ROCK n’ ROLL Choreophy Project

Thursdays, December 2nd & 9th, 8:15pm – 9:15pm – $20

  • Beginner Friendly! Take your solo dancing to a whole different era with steps from the 1950s and 60s with Mandi! You’re sure to have a smile on your face for this class. At the end of the project, there will be a chance to perform. (Performing is optional but encouraged.)

Video Analysis Session!

Thursdays, December 2nd & 9th, 7pm – 8pm – $20

  • Have your dancing filmed and analyzed by a discerning and expert eye.  Mandi will film your dancing the first week, and in the second week we’ll sit down together to watch and break down the next steps for you to achieve your dancing goals. This is always an amazing learning curve and highly recommended for anyone at the Intermediate level and beyond. What better way to wrap up 2010 than with a clear direction for your dancing in the new year? All levels welcome!
