Registration and Refund Policy
Each person must create their own profile and register for classes separately. A refund will be issued for a full series if requested at least 48 hours in advance of the first class. All refunds will be subject to a $10 administrative fee. Once a series has begun, if you will be missing a class we will issue a credit towards future classes if you let us know with 48 hours notice.
Each 1-hour class is $15 inclusive. Session fees are based on the number of classes that will occur within that calendar month. For example, if there are 5 Tuesdays in September, Tuesday sessions are $75 for that month. If there are 4 Tuesdays, sessions are $60 for that month.
If you take more than one session in a month, the second session is $10 inclusive per 1-hour class for a monthly total of $40 or $50 (depending on the number of classes in that month). Multi-class discounts apply to one person taking multiple classes only, each person must create a profile and register independently.
We allow students to drop-in to classes on a space and ratio permitting basis. All drop-in classes are $17. If you would like to confirm that there is space in the class before dropping in, please contact us. Please also note that you must be dancing at the level of the class to drop-in and that we do not allow complete beginners to join beginner level classes after Week 2 as this can hinder the progress of the rest of the class.
